FACTS: Oldest of seven siblings, born in Jefferson City MO to Gene and Alberta Tiberghien, (say TIB  urr GUNN) moved to Springdale in 1958, entered 9th grade at Springdale High, graduated 1962, entered U of A, fall of ’62 in secondary education.

She is an Active member of Saint Raphael Catholic Church Springdale since 1958. Married Truman Stamps Jr., November 13, 1965, has lived in Springdale since. One son Richard born 1971, a welder, married, lives in Johnson.

Since July 1984 an Arkansas Life Insurance Agent, independent practice – specialty = women business owners in/near Washington County

Memberships: NAIFA-Northwest AR, NAIFA + National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors since August 1984; Springdale KIWANIS 1995, Fayetteville Business and Professional Women 1994, Shiloh Museum of Ozark History Board, 1999; Botanical Garden of the Ozarks since inception; Washington County Master Gardeners since 2006; Board Secretary, Victory Walk Inc since 2008; Northwest Arkansas Daylily Society since 2002.
Arts Center of the Ozarks member since inception, volunteer in early years for the annual fundraiser event….. the ACO Ball. Member since inception at Botanical Garden of the Ozarks….has volunteered on several occasions.

Have attended eight Kiwanis Int’l conventions.

(11)Initial Board, Victory Walk, Inc, local 501c 3, is a staffed therapy recovery center providing care and encouragement to those in spinal cord injury recovery, since Oct. 2008. Helped organize fund raising, yard sales, mowed the yard, whatever it took to open the therapy center and keep it open. Hours 2009 = 71   2010  163 hours  2011 = 141
(12) Cooks and delivers food to families within community with illness, surgery or ice storm damage. Drives senior ladies to doctor appointments, other appointments, weddings, funerals and other events as needed    2010-2011  152  hours
